Qualifications
Having successfully completed the Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the London School of Psychotherapy at Regent's College in 2007 I went on to complete the BSc (Hons) degree in Integrative Counselling from Roehampton University, graduating in 2011. Following on from these trainings my growing professional experience led to me developing a growing interest in psychosexual and relationship issues. Thus in January 2017 I successfully completed the 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy to further my knowledge in these specialist areas. I have also undertaken an Advanced Diploma in Couples Counselling.
Experience
2009-11 City and Hackney Alcohol Services. Alcohol and drug counsellor.
2009 - August 2014. Counsellor at Hammersmith & Fulham Mind . Working with individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds with an extensive variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, bereavement, low self esteem and self-harm.
2011-Current Private Practice
2015-December 2016 Ealing Abbey Counselling Services. Psychosexual and Relationship Counsellor. Working with individuals and couples.
2015-2017 Guy's and St Thomas's NHS Foundation Trust (Dimbleby Cancer Care). Psychosexual and Relationship Counsellor. Working with individuals and couples whose sex life and relationship has been negatively impacted by the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of cancers.
Fees
My fees range from £90 - £125. I operate a sliding scale of fees dependent on income. In order to keep my services available to a wider range of people I do have a few lower cost places available. Please do not hesitate to enquire about the availability of these places.
Payment is by cash, or BACS and is due on the day of the session.
