Welcome to my home on the internet where you can find details of myself, my practice and where and how you can access them. I work with a wide variety of people from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds and I do have a degree of flexibility in my fee structure to cater for this including a number of lower cost spots available on request.
Having spent a number of years working in the film industry, I made a decision to retrain as a therapist after undertaking a life changing period of personal therapy. This allowed me to explore some family of origin issues, the impact of boarding school and some addictive processes. This therapeutic process allowed me to find my voice and improve my self-esteem which enabled me to have a complete career change in order to do what I do today as a counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals and couples.
Having originally trained as an Integrative psychotherapist and counsellor at Roehampton University, from where I graduated in 2011. I have gained a wide range of experience working successfully with a variety of issues in the charitable sector, the NHS and in my private practice. I spent over 5 years working with a wide variety of presenting issues at the national charity MIND, from anxiety disorders, depression, trauma to social anxiety, stress, addiction and bereavement counselling. I have a specialist interest, and have undertaken specific trainings, in working with relationship and psychosexual issues both with couples and individuals.
I have ran my private practice which is currently based in Balham, SW12.

This is a talking therapy only. NO physical examinations will take place during sessions though i may ask you to see your GP for tests to rule out any possible physical causes for the issue.
